The welcome and helpfulness of Kemal and his staff was exceptional. Bedrooms are small and could do with a chest of drawers but overall good value and very clean and comfortable. Where else would somebody like Ferredoun go out to buy complimentary nuts for guests at 11.30 at night.

The hotel is down a back street close to the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque so location wise it's good. It's a small hotel and probably family run which gives it that personal touch but this is not a 4 star hotel; 3 stars at best. The Hotel was conveniently located a few minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque but down a quieter side street away from the noise. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant and the service was fantastic.
